Rights

On August 29th, 2009, Ken Fitzer granted permission on behalf of Desert Sage to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:

My name is Ken Fitzer and I play mandolin with the Los Angeles-based musical group, Desert Sage. Consider this note permission to publicly post any and all live recordings of Desert Sage by any who care to post them and share freely. Myself and the guitarist/lead vocalist, Stephen Lockhart, have been with the group since its inception in 1998. For classification purposes, we would best be described as bluegrass-under-the-influence-of-Jerry-Garcia.

Desert Sage strongly supports the efforts of archive.org and are happy to participate in the project. Our taping policy is, simply stated, "Go for it."

Thank You,
Ken Fitzer
Torrance, CA
